TERMS OF SERVICE

Trainerrs is an aggregator and marketplace platform only. We help independent fitness coaches publish a profile and help clients find, contact and book them. We provide the software — the discovery page, chat, plan tools, payments admin and scheduling.

Trainerrs is not a gym, not a training provider and not a healthcare provider. We do not employ, supervise, direct, manage or control any coach on the platform.

Every coach on Trainerrs is an independent professional running their own business. They set their own prices, packages, schedules, methods and policies.

All training, coaching, programming, nutrition and dietary advice is provided solely by that independent coach. Trainerrs does not review, endorse, verify the effectiveness of, or take responsibility for any plan, exercise, diet or recommendation a coach gives you.

Identity checks (KYC) confirm that a person is who they say they are. A "Verified" badge is not a guarantee of qualifications, competence, safety or results.

Trainerrs does not guarantee, and is not liable for:

• any coach's services, qualifications, certifications, conduct or availability;
• injury, illness, aggravation of an existing condition, or any other health outcome;
• fitness, weight, performance or aesthetic results of any kind;
• non-performance, cancellation, no-shows, refunds or disputes between a coach and a client;
• any incident, loss or damage arising from the coach–client relationship, online or in person.

You engage with coaches entirely at your own risk. You are strongly encouraged to verify a coach's credentials yourself, ask for references, and consult a doctor before starting any training or diet programme — especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical condition.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. Clients must verify a working email address and mobile number before they can send an enquiry, book, or chat with a coach — this protects coaches from spam and fake enquiries.

The role you choose at signup (client, coach or brand) is permanent. We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, misrepresents itself, or puts other people at risk.

Payment terms are agreed between you and the coach. Where Trainerrs facilitates a payment, we act as a technical facilitator only. We are not a party to your agreement with the coach, and we do not guarantee delivery of the service you paid for.

Do not harass, threaten, defraud or endanger anyone. Do not use Trainerrs to send spam, impersonate others, scrape the platform, or push people off-platform to avoid our safety tools. Report anything concerning using the Report button on any coach profile or chat.

If something goes wrong with a coach or a client, you agree to first attempt to resolve it directly with the other person, and then through the Trainerrs support and help centre.

In that process, Trainerrs acts only as a neutral facilitator. We may pass messages, share relevant on-platform records, and enforce our own account rules. We are not an arbitrator of fault, we do not decide who is right, and we do not award compensation. Nothing here removes your right to pursue a legal remedy under the law that applies to you.
