PRIVACY POLICY

• Account details — name, email, mobile number, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Profile content — for coaches: bio, city, photos, certifications, services and prices you publish.
• Verification data — for coaches and brands, identity documents submitted for KYC; for clients, confirmation that your email and mobile are real.
• Activity — enquiries, bookings, chat messages, plans, progress logs and payment records you create on the platform.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

To run your account, show coach profiles publicly, connect clients with coaches, verify identities, prevent spam, fraud and abuse, handle reports and disputes, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

• Public — an approved coach's published profile: name, photos, city, disciplines, services, prices, journal posts and reviews.
• Private by default — your email address, phone number, chat messages, plans, progress logs and payment records. A coach only receives your contact details if you choose to share them.
• Never public — identity documents, payout bank details, and verification codes. These are restricted to the account owner and, where required, our review team.

We use trusted processors to run the platform — hosting and database, email delivery, SMS one-time passcodes, and AI plan generation. They process data only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver that function.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time via the help centre. Some records (for example transaction and moderation logs) may be retained where the law requires it.

Access to your data is enforced at the database level, not just in the app. Even so, no system is perfect — use a strong, unique password. Trainerrs is not intended for anyone under 18.
