HOW TO GROW ON TRAINERRS

Six short guides. No jargon. Read one, do one thing, come back next week.

BUILD A GREAT PROFILE

Your profile is your shop window. People decide in about ten seconds whether to message you.

  1. 1Add a clear photo of your face — no logos, no sunglasses.
  2. 2Write 3–4 honest lines: who you train, what changes for them, how you work.
  3. 3Pick your categories (strength, yoga, boxing…) so you show up in the right searches.
  4. 4Add your city — most people search for a coach near them.
  5. 5Upload 3+ transformation or session photos. Profiles with photos get far more enquiries.

CREATE SERVICES & PACKAGES

People buy a clear, named thing. 'Personal training' is vague — '12-week fat loss plan, ₹8,000' is not.

  1. 1Start with one cheap entry option and one bigger package.
  2. 2Name the outcome, not the activity ('Get your first pull-up' beats 'Strength session').
  3. 3Say exactly what's included: number of sessions, chat support, diet plan.
  4. 4Price in whole numbers and don't hide it — hidden pricing loses enquiries.

WRITE JOURNAL POSTS THAT RANK ON GOOGLE

Journal posts bring you FREE clients. Someone searches 'beginner home workout', lands on your post, and books you.

  1. 1Answer one real question a client asked you this week.
  2. 2Use that question as your title, in their words.
  3. 3Post a Workout Routine — list the exercises, sets, reps and equipment. These get shared the most.
  4. 4Add a YouTube link if you have a video. No uploads needed — just paste the link.
  5. 5Post once a week. Consistency beats length every time.

HOW GOOGLE BRINGS YOU CLIENTS

Most coaches pay for ads. You don't have to. Google sends people who are already searching for a coach like you — for free, forever.

  1. 1Trainerrs builds a page for every category and city — like /trainers/yoga/mumbai. Fill in your category and city and you appear on yours automatically.
  2. 2Your own page (trainerrs.com/your-name) is a mini website. Photo, bio, services with prices and reviews are what Google reads to rank you.
  3. 3Every journal post is another door into your page. A post about 'back workout at home' can bring people who never heard of you.
  4. 4Tag the muscles and topics in each post — that puts you on topic pages like /journal/topic/back, which link back to you.
  5. 5Coaches who posted in the last two weeks get featured at the top of their category and city page. Posting visibly moves you up.
  6. 6Collect reviews and client-verified stories. They're the last thing someone checks before messaging you.
  7. 7It takes a few weeks to start. Do one small thing a week and it compounds.

GET MORE LEADS

A lead is someone who raised their hand. Speed of reply matters more than anything else.

  1. 1Reply within an hour — most people book the first coach who answers.
  2. 2Share your page link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status.
  3. 3Move every enquiry through the pipeline so nobody is forgotten.
  4. 4Ask happy clients for a review. Reviews turn browsers into bookings.

WIN BRAND DEALS

Brands pay coaches to talk about products they already use. It's extra income on top of coaching.

  1. 1Complete your profile first — brands review your page before accepting.
  2. 2Apply to briefs that genuinely match what you coach.
  3. 3In your message, say who your audience is and how you'd feature the product.
  4. 4Add your payout details so accepted deals can actually pay you.

GET VERIFIED

The volt Verified badge tells clients you're a real, checked person. It also unlocks going live publicly.

  1. 1Open Settings → Verify ID in your dashboard.
  2. 2Pick an ID type and upload a clear photo of the document plus a selfie.
  3. 3Wait for review — you'll get a notification either way.
  4. 4If it's rejected, the reason is included so you can fix and resubmit.
